By accessing or using 2ix.Online, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Description of the Service

2ix.Online is a free online tool that lets you paste a YouTube URL and receive download links for the audio track in MP3 format (128 / 192 / 256 / 320 kbps). We do not host, store, or redistribute any content — all files are served directly from the original upstream sources.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with YouTube's Terms of Service. You must not:

• Download content you do not have the right to copy or distribute.
• Use the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or attack the Service (including bypassing rate limits or Turnstile verification).
• Use the Service to download content for commercial resale without authorization from the rights holder.
• Embed or re-host our API endpoints on another website.

5. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. Since 2ix.Online does not host any content, takedown requests should be directed to the original uploader on YouTube. If you believe our Service is being used to facilitate infringement of your copyrighted work.

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The YouTube URL involved.
• Your contact information and a statement of good faith.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

6. Intellectual Property

The 2ix.Online name, logo, UI design, code, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation, nor that any particular YouTube video will be convertible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2ix.Online and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost data, lost profits, or damage to your device.

9. Rate Limits & Abuse

To keep the Service free for everyone, we enforce per-IP and per-device rate limits (5 conversion requests per minute). Automated scraping, bot abuse, or attempts to bypass these limits may result in temporary or permanent blocking without notice.

10. External Links

The Service may link to third-party websites (e.g. YouTube, Cloudflare, Buymeacoffee). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
